Zubereitung

1. Suppenpulver in 3/4 Liter lauwarmes Wasser einrühren (zur Verfeinerung kann ein Teil Wasser durch Milch ersetzt werden).

2. Unter umrühren 5 Minuten leicht kochen lassen.

Verwendung

Tipps und Ideen:

- Mit einem Sahnehäubchen und frischer Petersilie garnieren oder geröstete Croutons darübergeben.
- Shrimps, Scampi oder geschnittene Würstchen in der Suppe heiß werden lassen.
